If you choose to deactivate your account, please email support@prosaist.io, and we will delete all records of your activity. Upon request, we will provide a "ZIP" archive of your generated content.

4. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time by emailing support@prosaist.io. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all records of your activity and, if requested, provide a "ZIP" archive of your generated content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the generated content are reserved exclusively for the user who created the content. Prosaist.io does not claim any ownership or rights to the content generated using our services.

6. Content Restrictions

Users must comply with OpenAI's terms and conditions when generating content using Prosaist.io. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you generate adheres to OpenAI's usage policies, including restrictions on illegal, harmful, or offensive content. 7. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are not available for token purchases. However, if you have generated content that is deemed sub-par by Prosaist.io support staff, or if tokens are deducted without successful content generation, we will gladly compensate you by adding additional tokens to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prosaist.io disclaims any and all liability for the use of the product and its content. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the generated content and accept responsibility for any potential consequences.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email. By continuing to use Prosaist.io after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

All disputes arising from the use of Prosaist.io shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America.
